This interactive paint event and wellness workshop is designed for mature students navigating the demands of academics, work, caregiving, and personal responsibilities. Through guided reflection and expressive painting inspired by Plutchik’s Wheel of Emotions, participants will explore the emotional impact of stress, burnout, and guilt while learning practical strategies to support their mental health and wellbeing. Attendees will engage in a therapeutic painting activity to visually express emotional states, boundaries, and self care needs.
