Looking to fit in some fun exercise into your busy study day? Our Dance Fitness Event might be a good option for you. The class will begin with a warm-up and afterwards, you will be following an ALL LEVELS dance fitness video with team members. Modification exercises will be available all throughout the class, as well as medium difficulty and advanced options for those that want to take the challenge up a notch. This fitness class will be plyometrics inspired, meaning that it will include some strengthening moves here and there, such as squats and jumps. Come and treat yourself to this encouraging and uplifting dance fitness class, everyone is welcome, and we will be very happy to see you!

Students are welcome to drop-in from 10:30 AM-12:30PM.
