Open House Sign-Up Form

Student Accessibility Services is holding an Open House on Sunday, August 25th. At the Open House we will discuss the transition to university and supports and services at York that can help to make it a success. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of Student Accessibility Services staff and to meet other new students.

All students who have registered with Student Accessibility Services during the summer term are invited to attend. Parent(s), or other support person(s), are welcome. This session is mandatory for students taking part in Project ADVANCE.
